Terms and Conditions of Sale

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the purchase of Reencle products from Atlantic Access Ltd ("we," "us," "our"), the authorized distributor and importer of Reencle in the UK and Ireland. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.

2. Product Information

  1. Product Descriptions:
    We aim to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and pricing on our website are accurate. However, minor discrepancies may occur.

  2. Availability:
    Products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide an option for a refund or alternative product.

  3. Usage:
    Reencle products are designed for personal, non-commercial use. Misuse of the product may void the warranty.

3. Placing an Order

  1. Eligibility:
    By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

  2. Order Confirmation:
    Once you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. This does not confirm acceptance of your order. A contract is formed when we dispatch the product.

  3. Order Amendments:
    If you wish to amend or cancel an order, contact us immediately. Once dispatched, orders cannot be changed or canceled.

4. Pricing and Payment

  1. Prices:
    All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT for UK orders. Irish customers may see prices inclusive of all applicable taxes and duties under DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) terms.

  2. Payment:
    Payment must be made at the time of purchase. We accept major debit and credit cards and other payment methods as specified at checkout.

  3. Pricing Errors:
    In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a refund.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  1. Delivery Areas:
    We deliver to addresses in the UK and Ireland. Delivery to Highlands, Islands, and remote areas may incur additional charges.

  2. Dispatch Times:
    Orders placed before 4 PM (Monday to Friday) will typically be dispatched the same day.

  3. Delivery Times:
    UK orders over £100 qualify for free next-day delivery via DHL. Irish orders are shipped with all duties and taxes paid (DDP). Standard delivery times for Ireland are 2–4 business days.

  4. Saturday Deliveries:
    Saturday deliveries are available for an additional fee.

  5. Missed Deliveries:
    If a delivery is missed due to incorrect details provided by you, additional charges may apply.

6. Returns and Refunds

  1. Returns Policy:
    You have the right to return your product within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. All returns from Ireland will be at your own cost.

  2. Faulty Products:
    If your product is faulty, contact us immediately. We may offer a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the circumstances.

  3. Return Shipping Costs:
    For non-faulty returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

  4. Refund Processing:
    Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

7. Warranty

Reencle products come with a 2 year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.

8. Limitation of Liability

  1. General Liability:
    To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss or damage is limited to the purchase price of the product.

  2. Exclusions:
    We are not liable for:

    • Indirect or consequential losses.
    • Losses due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to delays caused by courier services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales. For Irish customers, local consumer rights laws will apply.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and apply to future orders.
